Shipping Options:
We use USPS for all of our shipping. Two options are available: Media Mail and Priority Mail.
Priority Mail:
Priority Mail delivery timeframe is 3 – 4 business days. Media Mail can take 4 to 14 business days.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available on orders of $100 or more (excludes wholesale orders). Enter code "free100" during checkout.
Time Frame
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours once payment authorization has been finalized. You can check the status of an order by signing into the Nature Blessed Shop or calling us for any queries.
Return Options:
We want you to be happy with our products and hopefully share our love for natural skin care and herbal health products.
Received wrong item or damaged item:
If there is a problem with an order (for example an incorrect item was shipped to you or you received a damaged or broken item) please contact us immediately and we will remedy this issue as soon as possible.
Wrong item was ordered:
If you placed an order, confirmed products and paid for the item(s) then you realize you mistakenly ordered incorrectly please contact us via email or phone so we can either cancel your order or (if the same purchase value) update your order with the correct item. However, if you did not realize you ordered the wrong item until you receive your order you will need to call or email us for a return authorization. We will gladly work with you to correct the problem however we may need to charge a 15% restock fee (depending on the item). This option is only available for unopened items and any additional shipping will be the cost of the buyer.
Opened items and requesting a return or exchange:
Once a product has been opened we cannot accept a return/exchange due to hygienic reasons. Please call or e-mail us as your satisfaction is always our utmost concern.
